 | All In A Minute Supper Dish
- Hardly any preparation. Just layer ingredients into a baking dish and put
it in the oven. It's very good. |
 | Bill's Sausage Seasoning
- Since it's tough to find sausage without nitrites, Bill developed this
seasoning recipe so that we could make our own turkey sausage. |
 | Buttered Noodles - We came up
with this dish on one of those days when all of the meat in the house was
frozen and we wanted something quick, easy and tasty. |
 | Chicken Spaghetti - When we
went to East Texas a few years ago, this dish was served everywhere we went
(church gatherings). It's good. Give it a try. |
 | Egg Drop Soup - I usually don't
like Egg Drop Soup at the restaurants, but Bill makes this one. I like
it. |
 | Hearty Beef Enchiladas -
Both of us like to eat Mexican food, but you never know whether a restaurant
is going to be good or not. This recipe makes a lot of food, but it's
easy to half or quarter the recipe. |
 | Lynda's Famous Chili - The
easiest way to tell that this is not a Kentucky chili is that there are no
noodles. This is the chili that Bill really likes. |
 | Lynda's Meatloaf - This is an
easy recipe and it's good. Most people won't even add catsup. |
 | Pizza Casserole - This is one
we picked up in Kentucky. We had this dish once at Fazoli's, but it
wasn't as good. |
