New School Prayer | Student Rights | Youth Links

The Willis Family is thrilled with what we are seeing from today's Christian youth.  At the same time, we are saddened to see what secular America and the U.N. are trying to do to these kids.  We have already seen the damage caused by the courts taking prayer and bible reading out of the schools.  On the other hand, we are encouraged by the developments that have manifested in recent years and the trend that is continuing today.  Prayer and the study of the Bible are being re-introduced into the public school systems and it is being done legally.  The church is waking up and taking back ground that has been lost from years of apathy by pew-sitting Christians.  Many of today's Christians are fighting back and the Christian youth are right there in the fight.

Well, that being said, this section will showcase organizations and events aimed at supporting and educating Christian youth.  We will also include information that Christian youth might be able to use in the battle for the souls of their friends and classmates.  Keep checking back to see what's new.

Notice in the navigation bar at the top of this page that we have included the New School Prayer in this site.  This prayer surfaced years ago, but continues to speak to the situation that the majority of public school students find themselves in today.  Although this poem paints a pretty grim picture, however accurate, it is important to note that it is not hopeless.  It is important that Christians stay in the fight.  Our Christian youth are counting on us.  The courts have already ruled that students do not sacrifice their first amendment rights when they step onto the school grounds.  Students have rights and there are many who are fighting the school systems to see that those rights are preserved.  There are also organizations and programs in place that help students in their struggle to hold on to their beliefs in the hostile environment that has been created in the public schools.  Some of these can be found in our Youth Links section.

It is our prayer that there is something here that will help our Christian youth.  We can't lose this very important battle.
